This contract is negotiated with and awarded to: Callyo 2009 Corp 402 N Division St Carson City, NV 89703 The scope of work is for renewal of Callyo software and peripherals. The contract is Firm Fixed Price with a Base Period of Performance of twelve (12) months, followed by four (4) Option Periods of twelve (12) months each. The NAICS code is 541519. The size standard is $34 million to 150 employees. The PSC is DA10. In accordance with FAR 6.301, the Sole Source Justification is attached to this notice.
