RFI for MAGIS-100 Access Platforms

On 2/27/26, Amendment 02 was issued to provide responses to questions from prospective offerors and to extend the due date. Responses to the RFI are now due 5:00PM CT on March 10, 2026. See attached files for more information. On 2/11/26, Amendment 01 was issued to provide the presentation and attendance sheet from the pre-RFI meeting held virtually on 2/10/26. This Amendment also provides a STEP file and IGES file of the shaft and MINOS building - since these file types cannot be uploaded to SAM.gov, please email me at damico@fnal.gov to request the files. Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is requesting information regarding the design, fabrication, and potential installation of platforms that are needed to allow personnel to safely access designated regions of the MAGIS-100 experiment. The project is located on the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) Site, adjacent to the city of Batavia, Illinois. For more detailed information, please review the attached SOW entitled, “MAGIS-100 Access Platforms.” Responses are due 03/05/2026 at 5pm CT.
