ATL FY 26 3RD QTR SUBSISTENCE

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, intends to issue a solicitation 15B30126Q00000015 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin April 1st, 2026, through June 30th, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Atlanta 601 McDonough Boulevard S. E. Atlanta GA 30315. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 3, 2026, and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. The bids are to be received no later than March 10, 2026, at 12:00pm CST. Delivery will not be accepted sooner than April 01, 2026. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $15,000.00 or less.
