The United States Air Force (USAF), Headquarters (HQ), Air Combat Command (ACC), Acquisition Management & Integration Center (AMIC) has awarded the above contract for the Primary Training Range (PTR) Operations, Maintenance, and Support (OM&S) Services. Award was made to VetPride-EMI Maintenance Solutions, LLC, 2710 Wycliff RD STE 105, Raleigh, NC 27608, on 27 Feb 2026 in the amount of $91,075,323.00. The contract was awarded as a Non-Commercial, Firm Fixed Price contract. VetPride-EMI Maintenance Solutions, LLC has been awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price single-award contract for the PTR OM&S Services. This contract provides OM&S services of PTRs at eight locations (Range Operating Authority are in parenthesis): Dare County Range (Seymour Johnson), Poinsett Ranges (Shaw), Grand Bay Range (Moody), Avon Park Range (Moody), Snyder Range (Dyess), Belle Fourche Range (Ellsworth), Holloman Ranges (Holloman), and Mountain Home Ranges (Mountain Home). PTRs consist of Electronic Combat Ranges (ECR), Electronic Warfare Sites (EWS), and Bombing and Gunnery (B&G) ranges. The ranges accommodate basic to intermediate air-to-surface training. Typical PTRs contain target arrays, threat simulators, and weapons scoring systems and provide Service Class A, B, and/or C range capabilities. All personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items and services that are required to perform OM&S of ACC PTR shall be furnished by the awardee. This contract award was set aside 100% for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this contract is 561210 - Facilities Support Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $47M.
