Notice of Intent to Sole Source to IXI Technology Inc

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with IXI Technology Inc The requirement is for the purchase of the Shipboard Peripheral Replacement System (SPRS), part number PR-96110-08-00801,configured with an 8-channel 28840 interface, dual SSDs, dual Blu-ray drives, a sealed keyboard, and Windows 11, is required as a direct replacement system that fully meets the operational and technical needs of the Aegis Baseline 5 Human-Machine Interface used to control AN/UYK-43 computers. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334290 and the business size standard is 800 (Employees) Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 apply.
