EPICOR IT Maintenance System

The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, intends to award a sole source purchase order to EPICOR ITSM. EPICOR ITSM is the current client ticketing software to support CSOS registrants. Ongoing maintenance and licensing are required to ensure uninterrupted help desk operations and continued support for the growing population of CSOS registrants and service desk personnel. There is no other entity in the U.S. public, private, or governmental, which provides this capability. EPICOR does not authorize third party providers.
