Z--A250 Emergency Repairs to Pier 1

The National Park Service, Northeast Region, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Pier 1 within the Charlestown Navy Yard of Boston National Historic Park, Boston, Massachusetts. The Work consists of repairs of concrete encased steel beams within three (3) pier vaults, repairs of sinkholes within the topside of the pier deck, repair of concrete delamination of the pier underdeck, repairs of the existing steel barge, and repair to the connection between an aluminum gangway and concrete deck platform. Detailed Specifications and Drawings are provided with the solicitation documents. The estimated magnitude of the complete requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The site visit will be held on Thursday February 12, 2026, at 11:00am EST. All interested parties shall meet at Boston National Historical Park, in front of the USS Constitution Museum, adjacent to Dry Dock 1 in the Charlestown Navy Yard, Charlestown, MA. Parking is not available within Boston National Historical Park.
