Update Hood and Duct Combo (Solicitation) to include the additional POC quotes MUST be sent to ensure participation. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 3 - The purpose of this amendment is to: Post Questions and Answers, post site visit. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 2 – The purpose of this amendment is to: Update CLIN Pricing Schedule (Attachment 4) Update attachment list on the combo ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 1 – The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend the quote submission deadline from 22 January 2026 to 05 February 2026 Extend the submission of questions from 08 January 2026 to 21 January 2026 Update provisions and clauses (Attachment 2) Include a CLIN Pricing Schedule (Attachment 4) Schedule a site visit for 20 January 2026 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision and other items necessary to perform inspection, cleaning and removal of dirt, grease, and paint from specific hood and duct systems, quarterly/semiannually as defined within the attached schedule and IAW all guidelines and standards within the Performance Work Statement (PWS), at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), Colorado.
