B1 LOA Range Array Test Set (RATS) UPGRADE

QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS POSTED AT A LATER DATE. ** The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole-source contract to NSI-MI Technologies, Inc. (AMETEK, Inc.) under the authority of FAR 6.103-1(b) for the following: Description: The 76 CMXG requires a sole-source contract for the purchase, delivery and installation of one (1) B1 LOA Range RF Upgrade with equipment and accessories specified in the Statement of Work (SOW); and training on the use of new equipment and software. The overall project shall be considered “turnkey” type procurement. That is, final acceptance requirements have been met and approved by the appropriate Government Engineer and operational training has been conducted. Upgrades shall include all standard requirements and appendices outlined in the SOW with the incorporation of requirements listed. The equipment shall be precision equipment used to perform end item testing per the OEM and TO requirements, equal to or better than the current equipment.
