This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2025-06. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC), Commercial Supplies, Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded. Task Orders will be issued once monthly for the estimated/anticipated bulk food requirements for that month.
