NAVFAC, Hawaii, Large Prime Matchmaking Event

SPECIAL ANNOUNCMENT: Join NAVFAC, Hawaii, for our first-ever Large Prime Matchmaking Event. This event will provide opportunities for small business vendors seeking subcontracting possibilities to connect with many of our large prime construction and A/E contract awardees. This is a great opportunity for small business contractors to directly network, collaborate, and pitch their capabilities to our large prime awardees seeking to expand their subcontracting vendor pipeline. This event will occur April 28, 2026, at the Oahu Veteran’s (1298 Kukila St. Honolulu, HI, 96818). Be advised there will be NO advance registration; interested parties will register on the day of the event from 7:15am to 8:30am. During this process, small vendors will register to meet the large prime awardees of their choosing and pitch their business’s capabilities in 15 minute, rotating sessions. The sessions will officially begin at 9:00am and end approximately at 12:30pm. The following large primes have agreed to attend and meet with small vendors: Nordic PCL Construction, Inc. SLSCO, Ltd. Hensel Phelps Construction Co. Obayashi Corp. The Korte Co. Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co., Inc. Environmental Chemical Corp. Moffatt & Nichol Jacobs This list is fluid with great possibility of additional large primes agreeing to attend as the event draws near. Be sure to conduct advanced research on each large prime to ensure your capabilities match with their operations. *** The event is FREE and targeted to ONLY small business vendors. *** Early registration at 7:15am is strongly encouraged as this is first come, first serve. We anticipate registration quickly reaching capacity and will end once all timeslots are filled.
