AMENDMENT 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to change the response due date to March 10, 2026, incorporate the revised PWS dated 03-04-2026, and post the responses to contractors questions. AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response due date until 5 March 2026. AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the revised PWS, dated 02/18/2026. PWS section 1.7.1.18 was revised. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision of its employees to perform grounds maintenance service for Fort Bayard National Cemetery, in accordance with Performance Work Statement. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 02/13/26 @ 9:00 (MST). Vendors shall meet at the administration building and must arrive on time. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure a full understanding of the requirements. No additional or repeat site visits will be scheduled. Offerors are required to notify, via email, Contract Specialist Roberto Escobedo and Shane Delaney (COR) of their plan to attend. Notification should include Company Name, Address, Names of Attendees, and Phone No. Attendance Notification should be received by the Contract Specialist and COR via email Roberto.escobedo@va.gov and shane.delaney@va.gov no later than 02/11/2026, at 3PM (PST). SAM Registration: Only proposals submitted by vendors that are actively registered in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission and award will be considered. Quotes from vendors that are not actively registered in SAM.gov will be rejected as non-responsive.
