This firm-fixed-price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the corresponding NAICS Code is 561710. Offerors are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C26326Q0404. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory. It is in the best interest of the vendor to read the solicitation in its entirety. The supporting documentation required to be completed will be used to determine whether the quoted service for this requirement meets the salient characteristic need of the solicitation.
