Amendment 004: 1) Technical Questions and Answers have been uploaded in the Attachments section of the solicitation. 2) An updated version of the Combination Synopsis_Solicitation FA460026Q0016 has been uploaded for a revised ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS and 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. 3) Updated PWS version, "Attachment 1_PWS_3.2.2026" was added to clarify the CLINs associated with each requirement. Amendment 003: A corrected version of Attachment 15 was uploaded. Please review "Attachment 15_CDRL_A004_QCP_2.26.2026". Additionally, document "Combination Synopsis_Solicitation FA460026Q0016 v4" was uploaded to incorporate clause 52.223-2 Reporting of Biobased Products Under Service and Construction Contracts, as federally mandated. Previous versions of these documents are henceforth obsolete and should be disregarded. Amendment 002: Attachment "Site Visit Map 2026" was uploaded to prepare for upcoming site visit on 2/23/2026. Amendment 001: A PDF version of "Attachment 11_EAL 1-55 SFS Form 31-Base Entry Authorization List_2.11.25" was uploaded. The original word document is unusable, please disregard the .docx version of the attachment. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Offutt Air Force Base (OAFB) in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. A Site visit will take place on Monday, 23 February 2026 at 09:00 AM CST. Questions for solicitation are due by Friday, 27 February 2026 by 12:00 PM CST. Answers to all questions will be posted on sam.gov by Tuesday, 3 March 2026 or as soon as readily available. Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than Monday, 9 March 2026 at 12:00 PM CST. Quotes will be submitted by email to nichole.barragan.2@us.af.mil and casey.hupton.1@us.af.mil. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before offer due date and time. The Government will not accept any quotations delivered after Monday, 9 March 2026 at 12:00 PM CST, unless the quotation being received by the Government was determined by the Contracting Officer to be at Government fault.
