**Amendment 3** The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is included as Attachment 1 (EOD PWS REV 2 20260302). **Amendment 3 End** **Amendment 2** The purpose of this amendment is to add the clause DAFFARS 5352.201-9101 Ombudsman to the combo in full text. **Amendment 2 End** **Amendment 1** The purpose of this amendment is to publish the official Questions and Answers (Q&A) and incorporate the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is included as Attachment 1 (EOD PWS REV 1 20260226). **Amendment 1 End** Please refer to the attached Combo and accompanying attachments. All questions will be posted and answered by amendment following this date.
