This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submission Requirements: Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required: https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ Pricing should be submitted on the SF 1449 pages 2-3, or on contractor’s company standard form. Quote packages shall include pricing per CLIN, certificates of compliance, material test reports, and non-destructive testing reports. Welding procedures and other required procedures must be submitted to the contracting officer before fabrication is commenced.
