MK6 Ammunition Hoist Components and Spares

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full-and-open competition to award a contract action under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) (N00024-23-G-5320) to McNally Industries, LLC (McNally) located in Grantsburg, WI pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This action will procure end of life components for the MK6 Ammunition Hoist Assembly. McNally is the only known source possessing the requisite knowledge and ability to satisfy the Government’s MK 6 requirements within the required schedule. Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the prime contractor (McNally) directly. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to fulfill the requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to solicit from more than one source is solely within the discretion of the Government.
